claude-cortex gives Claude Code a long-term memory. It helps keep useful notes, project facts, and past decisions in one place so you can pick up where you left off.

It is built for people who want:

You need:

• Windows 10 or Windows 11
• A stable internet connection
• Enough free space for the app and your notes

For best results, keep your notes in a folder you can find easily, such as Documents or Desktop.

1. Open the download page.
2. Get the latest Windows file from the repository.
3. Save the file to your PC.
